Sirius Solutions partnered with our client to conduct a detailed assessment of their procurement and delegation processes. Several observations suggested training and documentation enhancements, improving overall procurement effectiveness and efficiency.  This included promoting a better appreciation for spending other people’s money (OPM) and reducing the use of company credit cards for questionable expenses such as milestone birthdays, project completion celebrations, and so on. Sirius implemented automated tracking systems, streamlined purchase order approvals, and clarified delegation policies. Employees participated in the redesign process, ensuring the new workflows were practical and effective. This collaborative approach fostered a sense of ownership and confidence in maintaining compliance.
